Biography

Len Middleton teaches courses focused on entrepreneurial management, leading a family business, and strategies for management consulting. He also leads graduate- and executive-level teams engaged in international projects, which typically place individuals at business incubators in Israel and Ireland and at nonprofit organizations, including the Landmine Survivors Network, King Hussein Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and the Roselyn Carter Institute. Currently, Mr. Middleton is launching River Rock Group, a private-equity firm that specializes in buyouts and other investment opportunities. Previously, he was the president of Middleton & Company, a global advisory firm that focused on corporate-strategy issues for senior management, strategic-manufacturing solutions, and the development and funding of high-tech start-up companies. During his career, Mr. Middleton has worked in a family business and has gained a wide range of entrepreneurial experience. He is a member of several boards. He graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Busienss with an MBA.
